Tasting for 2 persons (4 different cocktails)
During your tasting, you will discover the following cocktails:
-Cénote: Reposado tequila, thyme liquor, blackcurrant cream, grapefruit juice, lime.
Fruity cocktail, with a slight bitterness.
-La cassole: QVT gin infused with white pepper, basil syrup, grape schrub, tangerine juice
-Le sarrasin: Cognac VS Hennessy, raspberry liqueur, homemade cigar cordial, ginger beer, absinthe spray. If you like smoking cigars, this cocktail is for you! It will evolve in the opposite way to your vitola, its first spicy notes will give way to the sweetness of the fruity aromas of cognac and raspberry
-Je sais pas: Forclaquier vermouth, Henri Bardouin pastis, blackcurrant cream, rosemary and lemongrass cordial. Its sweetness accompanied by the balsamic notes of rosemary will appeal to lovers of Américano and Négron
